The free quiz tells you your colours. This tells you what to do about them.

You describe what is already in your wardrobe — the five things you wear most, the colours of your shirts and jackets, the two or three you never touch. Eleven questions, and no photographs needed. I read every piece against your palette and send back a written plan: what is already working, what is quietly fighting your skin tone, what is missing, and a buy list ordered so that the first thing you buy unlocks the most outfits.

Your face is never involved. This site has never asked for a selfie, and paying does not change that. It does not ask for a photograph of anything. You write down what you own, in your own words.

A photograph of a person can be read wrong in a dozen ways — the light, the camera, the white balance, which side of your face the sun was on. My own first measurement came back two bands off because it sampled my hair instead of my skin. Your own description of a garment carries none of that error.

⚠️ It carries a different one, and I would rather say it than hide it: “olive” covers a wide range. Where the exact shade changes the answer, the document says so rather than guessing. If you would like to send photographs as well, they are welcome and they make it sharper — but nothing here waits on them.

What you get

A written PDF, eight to twelve pages, within five working days.

  1. Your palette, confirmed. Your eight colours, your neutrals, your metal and your season — restated so the document stands on its own.
  2. What already works. The pieces in your photos that are right, and why. Most people own more correct colours than they think, and this section is usually the surprise.
  3. What is working against you. Named individually, with the mechanism — not "avoid beige" but "this beige sits within two shades of your own depth, so there is no contrast at your neckline. It is not clashing. It is disappearing."
  4. The gaps. What is missing to turn what you own into outfits. Usually two or three things. Never twenty.
  5. The buy list, sequenced. Specific garments in your size and budget, with links — ordered by how many outfits each one unlocks, not by price.
  6. Your combinations. Named pairings built from what you will own once the list is done.
  7. Occasion notes. For whatever is actually coming up — a wedding, a new job, a festival.

Section 5 is the part nobody else does. Every colour service hands you a palette and leaves you standing in a shop. A buy list ordered so that item one unlocks four outfits and item two unlocks six is the thing you cannot work out for yourself — and it is only possible because the pairing engine already knows which combinations exist inside your palette.

See one first

My own audit, published in full — the palette, the neutral reversal, every verdict on every garment, the sequenced buy list and the wedding plan. Nothing removed. It is the whole document, so you know exactly what arrives before you decide.

What you send

  • Your quiz result — tone and undertone. Take the free quiz first if you have not.
  • Your size, and whether you buy men's or women's
  • A budget band for the buy list
  • The five things you actually wear most, and the colours of your shirts, tops and jackets — in words
  • Two or three things you own and never wear — and why you think that is
  • Anything coming up — a wedding, a new job, travel

The form first. I will read it and reply with anything I still need, and only then send payment details — so you are not paying into silence.

Price

₹2,499 launch price, for the first twenty audits

AI colour apps~$20 · no human, no plan
The Wardrobe Audit₹2,499 · ~$30
Cheapest human photo analysis~$50
Colour analysis in India₹5,000–5,500
Virtual analysis + PDF, global$169–300
In-person consultant, US & UK$200–800

It is below the market floor on purpose — and against the Indian services you would actually be choosing between, it is about half. I have no reviews yet, and I would rather earn them than claim them. The price goes up after the first twenty — saying so now means the increase is expected rather than resented.

Four a month, and no more. Each audit takes about ninety minutes of actual reading and writing, and I am one person who also writes everything else on this site. If four are booked, I will tell you and you can wait. A queue is more honest than a rushed document.

Questions people ask

Will you look at a photo of my face?

No — and this is the one thing I will not do for money. The whole site rests on the argument that a single photograph of a person is unreliable. My own measurement proves it twice over. Your clothes tell me what I need.

What if almost nothing I own is right?

That is more common than you would think, and it is not a disaster. I will find the two or three pieces that do work, put the rest under "fine below the waist" — colour matters near your face and much less below it — and lean the document on the buy list instead.

I do not agree with my quiz result.

Then your judgement stands, not mine. Tell me and I will give you both palettes and show you which colours appear in each. Most people sitting between two tones should be wearing from both — the overlap is the answer, not a gap in it.

My skin changes with the seasons.

Then you need to say so, because it matters more than almost anything else you could tell me. Your underlying tone does not change with the seasons — but the skin at your collar does, and that is the skin every colour decision is made against. Two bands of tan on exposed skin can swap most of a palette and reverse which neutrals work near your face. Tell me and the audit covers both readings. Mine does exactly that — it is the published example.

Do the links expire?

Some will. Stock moves. Prices are indicative ranges, not quotes — they tell you roughly what to expect, and the document says so on the page they appear. Check before you buy. The colours do not expire, and they are the part you are actually paying for.

Is the free stuff going away?

No. The quiz and your Wardrobe Plan stay free, permanently. This is an optional next step, not a paywall that appeared in front of something you already had.

Start your audit

So I can reply. Nothing else is sent to it.

Take the free quiz first if you have not — it takes a minute.

Be honest — if you tan noticeably, part of your palette moves and the audit should cover both.

e.g. "Men's, L" or "Women's, M".

What, and what colour. "Navy kurta, grey tee, black jeans, olive shirt, brown boots" is plenty.

Rough is fine. Counts help: "3 white, 2 blue, 1 olive".

This is usually where the most useful thing in your audit comes from. Guesses welcome.

A wedding, a new job, travel.

So I recommend things you would actually buy.

No payment is taken here. I read your answers, reply within a day, and take payment only if you still want to go ahead. Your face is never involved.
